A TV & Radio Presenter, DJ and actor; Ryan is a born entertainer and a man of many talents.

Hand's career started in 2008 as a runner for BBC Northern Ireland, and today he now enjoys a roving reporter role on BBC's The One Show.

In 2017 Ryan got his big break on Saturday night TV as a presenter on ITV's Cannonball, alongside Freddie Flintoff, Frankie Bridge, Maya Jama & Radzi.

The Irishman, known for his quick wit, charm and cheeky persona, had spent the 2 years beforehand warming up the audiences as a comedian on ITV’s Loose Women.

Ryan has amassed bags experience from all corners of the industry, often popping up like a meerkat, you never know where you'll see him next. He can currently be found on-air presenting on Q Radio.

From hosting gameshow Generation Frustration, to reporting from the red carpet at BBC's Sports Personality Of The Year Awards and competing on ITV's Ninja Warrior, Hand certainly is well travelled. 

In 2019 Ryan was named Media Eye's Rising Star, after fronting food and football show FCK. Following on from there, the self confessed foodie launched his own podcast Whatcha Cooking Good Looking?


Hand's acting credits include voice over and commercial work with Virgin Media, Kenwood, Kellogg’s, The National Lottery and TV appearances on E4's Bodyfixers and BBC's The Fall.


As a DJ, Ryan is a regular behind the decks for high street brands including Nike, River Island, Tommy Hilfiger, House of Frazer and John Lewis.


Ryan is also a fitness fanatic, who runs marathons for Marie Curie and enjoys any physical challenge. A keen writer, he recently completed his first children's book, 'Amazing Archie the Singing Sensation' which has been produced by Pegasus Publishing.
