A presenter, comedian, actor and DJ; Ryan is a natural entertainer and a man of many talents.


In 2017 he got his big break on Saturday night TV as a presenter on ITV's Cannonball, alongside Freddie Flintoff, Frankie Bridge, Maya Jama and Radzi.


The Irishman, known for his quick wit and cheeky persona, spent the 2 years beforehand warming up audiences on ITV’s Loose Women.


 Ryan was recently named Media Eye’s Rising Star, and in 2019 hosted a new millennial gameshow; Generation Frustration.

A self confessed foodie, Ryan currently presents food and football show FCK, and recently launched his new podcast Whatcha Cooking Good Looking?


He’s also enjoyed hosting roles on ITV’s The Magazine, Q Radio, Channel 5’s When Eurovision Goes Wrong and reported from the red carpet at the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year Awards.

Hand’s career started at BBC Northern Ireland in 2008, where Ryan went from runner to producer, leaving the broadcaster 7 years later before 'immigrating' to London. 

A keen writer and actor, Hand's acting credits include commercial work with Monster Drinks, Kenwood, Kellogg’s, The National Lottery, and TV appearances on The Fall (BBC) and Bodyfixers (E4)

As a DJ, Ryan is a regular behind the decks at Topshop Oxford Street and plays for a variety of brands including Tommy Hilfiger and John Lewis.

Ryan is also a fitness and football fanatic, who runs marathons and enjoys CrossFit and any sort of physical challenge.
